Meet Our Director
Hello, I’m Arlene Shi, the Center Director at Hampstead Preschool of the Arts. With over 13 years devoted to early childhood education, including teaching, coaching, advocacy, and public speaking, I am fueled by an unwavering passion for early learning. My goal is to inspire educators, uplift families, and nurture the potential of every child. This boundless enthusiasm drives my commitment to fostering young minds and creating a brighter future. Outside of work, I find joy in beekeeping, hiking, and spending cherished moments with my husband, two children, and our dogs.
